Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Education
• Valid Psychologist license or Social Worker certification
• Experience in Behavior Intervention and Assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to implement effective strategies for student success.
• Support students with diverse needs, including those with OHI, Autism, and Emotional Disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions on a fluid caseload of 10-15 students.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices related to behavior management and intervention techniques.
