Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged students
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the school community
  • Knowledge of best practices in school mental health

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective strategies for student support
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Engage with families to promote understanding and support for their child's education
  • Ensure compliance with all state and school district regulations concerning psychological services
