A K-12 school in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contract position lasting the current school year (CSY). This role is essential in supporting the mental health and educational development of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.
  • Assist in crisis management and prevention strategies within the school environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with district and federal regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain confidentiality.
