Qualifications:

• Specialist in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of special education laws and policies

Location: Fairview, TN

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans for students.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and academic success.
• Consult with teachers and staff regarding student needs and classroom strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring.
• Implement crisis intervention protocols as needed to ensure student safety and well-being.
• Deliver professional development workshops to staff on mental health and wellness.
