A full-time K-6th grade school psychologist position is available at an elementary school in Eloy, AZ, for the current school year on a contract basis. This role focuses on supporting students, staff, and families through psychological services that promote academic and behavioral success.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, implementing behavior interventions, providing counseling services, and performing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs). The psychologist will also collaborate closely with educators and participate actively in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) teams and processes to develop and support effective interventions.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed or credentialed school psychologist with experience working in elementary school settings (K-6th grade)
- Expertise in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Skilled in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans and counseling strategies
- Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and data-driven decision making
- Ability to collaborate within MTSS frameworks and consult with educators and families

Compensation for this full-time contract role ranges from $45 to $60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
