Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid and current state credential/licensure to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and positive behavioral interventions
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Strong communication, consultation, and counseling skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and outside agencies

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
  • Develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior strategies
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom management and instructional planning
  • Assist in crisis response, prevention programs, and risk assessments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Promote mental wellness and safe school climates
