This position is designed for a dedicated professional ready to make a significant impact from August 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. The role involves providing psychological services to a diverse student population, focusing on individuals aged birth to 21.

Qualifications:

• Valid school psychologist certification or license.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Excellent assessment and intervention skills.
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.

Location:

• Bennington, NE (Itinerant position with travel between school sites)

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions.
• Offer training and support to staff on mental health and behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and progress notes.
