Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Proficiency in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and their implementation
• Experience in staff development and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement tailored behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Provide training and professional development for school staff on behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
