A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the remainder of the school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Greensburg, PA. This contract role offers the opportunity to support the developmental, emotional, and academic needs of students within a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
  • Provide consultation services to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student behavior and learning.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and program planning.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and provide counseling as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate timely reports in compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure for the state.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educational staff, families, and students.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in psychological services.
