A position is available for a School Psychologist to support an elementary education setting in Ithaca, NY. This contract role spans the full school year, providing vital psychological services to students, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop intervention strategies
- Provide counseling and support services to students as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insight
- Assist with crisis intervention and consultation within the school community
Desired Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in elementary school environments preferred
