An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide essential psychological services within an elementary school setting. This full-time contract position is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting the educational and emotional needs of students in grades K-5.

Qualifications:

• Certified School Psychologist in Illinois
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Knowledge of special education laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultation services to teachers and staff regarding student needs
• Offer support and interventions for students’ behavioral and emotional challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
