A dynamic opportunity is available for licensed School Psychologists to support K-12 students within a multi-school district setting in Lewisburg, TN. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules, serving students in person with a focus on comprehensive psychological services throughout the academic year.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Part-time: Two days per week, same hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • Assignment dates: August 6 through May 22 with breaks aligned with the school calendar
  • In-person work at various schools across a seven-school district

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and re-evaluations of referred students to determine eligibility under Tennessee guidelines
  • Review student records thoroughly to assess eligibility for special education services
  • Administer psychological assessments and interpret results accurately
  • Prepare detailed psychological reports and finalize eligibility documentation using TNPulse software
  • Participate in manifestation determination reviews and collaborate with educational teams to support student success

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid credential/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings
  • Knowledge of Tennessee special education eligibility criteria and assessment procedures
  • Familiarity with TNPulse or similar eligibility/reporting platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
