School Psychologist - Elgin, SC

A part-time opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in providing psychological services within a K-12 school environment. This contract position spans the academic year, allowing for meaningful engagement with students from July 16, 2025, to June 5, 2026.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of social, emotional, and academic interventions

Location:

• Elgin, SC
• Onsite 1 day a week; hybrid schedule available

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students, managing a caseload of 35-40 evaluations.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide consultation services to school staff regarding student mental health and learning challenges.
• Deliver training and workshops to staff and parents on psychological services and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documentation.
