A K-12 educational setting in London, KY is seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contract position running from August 25 to May 25. This opportunity involves working three days a week, providing psychological services across PreK through 12th grade. The role focuses on supporting the academic and social-emotional development of students through comprehensive assessments, consultations, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students PreK-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs and progress.
  • Offer crisis intervention and guidance to school staff and families as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure applicable to the state.
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, educational laws, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively within a part-time schedule (3 days per week).

Location: London, Kentucky
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (August 25 – May 25)
Contract: Non-School Year (NSY) temporary contract
