Seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Lowell, MA, for the current school year on a contract basis. This role involves collaborating closely with educators, parents, and administration to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional development within the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Provide counseling and support to students facing learning or behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions on student progress
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and regulations

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
