Embark on a fulfilling role as a school-based psychologist supporting students from preschool through high school. This full-time position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by providing comprehensive psychological services within an educational setting. You’ll work on-site, collaborating with educators and other professionals to ensure students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Delaware (DE) School Psychologist licensure
  • Previous experience working with preschool, elementary, and/or high school students
  • Strong background conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing detailed reports
  • Familiarity with participating in IEP meetings and team-based school support
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across multiple age groups
  • Reliable transportation for on-site responsibilities
  • Comfort supporting multiple school locations, if needed
  • Willingness to complete Red Clay fingerprinting process within the first days of assignment

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students ages preschool through high school
  • Prepare thorough psychological reports and recommendations
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering expertise and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with district staff, teachers, and families to develop student support plans
  • Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing consultation as needed
  • Support inclusive educational practices and positive outcomes for all students
