This position is located in a supportive elementary school environment in Elgin, IL, where the focus is on fostering the educational and emotional development of students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
Key Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Valid school psychology certification or license in Illinois
- Experience working with K-5 students, including conducting evaluations and creating reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively
- Knowledge of best practices in school psychology and intervention strategies
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student needs
- Prepare and present reports on student progress and evaluations
- Attend and participate in school meetings and professional development
- Provide consultation to staff regarding behavioral and academic interventions
