A School Psychologist opportunity is available at an elementary school in Naperville, IL, providing specialized support within a single school setting. This contract position allows you to focus on delivering comprehensive psychological services to a manageable caseload, contributing to the academic and social-emotional success of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct approximately 35 case studies throughout the school year
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized strategies to support student learning and well-being
  • Provide psychological assessments and interpret results for intervention planning
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
  • Liaise with a contracted bilingual psychologist who completes bilingual evaluations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Licensed or certified School Psychologist with relevant experience
  • Skilled in conducting psychological evaluations and case studies in an educational environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseload independently with a focus on student-centered outcomes
  • Experience working in elementary education preferred

Location and Schedule:

  • Position is situated at one elementary building in Naperville, IL
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break
  • Contract assignment lasting the full school year
