A K-12 educational institution in New York, NY, is seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join for a full-semester contract. This role focuses on supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development through comprehensive psychological services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12 to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and support to students to promote their mental health and well-being.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing student success.
  • Deliver professional guidance on behavioral management and inclusive practices within the school environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in School Psychology or related field with state certification or licensure.
