Key Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware licensure is required
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable supporting multiple grade levels, from preschool through high school
  • Demonstrated experience with psychoeducational evaluations and report writing
  • Skilled in IEP participation and working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Reliable transportation and ability to fulfill on-site responsibilities daily
  • Willingness to complete fingerprinting within the first days of assignment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological services across various grade levels
  • Complete psychoeducational assessments, generate detailed reports, and share findings
  • Collaborate actively in IEP meetings to develop targeted student interventions
  • Consult with teachers, school leadership, and families to best support each child’s needs
  • Assist with crisis intervention and prevention programming as needed
  • Manage a diverse and varied caseload, adapting approaches for different student populations
