This contract position is designed for individuals passionate about enhancing the well-being and learning of children aged 3-5 through psychological services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid school psychologist certification or licensure in Washington State
• Experience working with early childhood populations, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Cultural competency and commitment to promoting diversity and equity in education

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessments and interpret results for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create supportive learning environments.
• Deliver direct services to students, including counseling and interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support.
• Consult with families regarding behavioral and emotional concerns and recommend strategies.
