Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid School Psychologist certification or license in the state
• Experience working with elementary-aged children
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Cultural competency and commitment to equity in education

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Provide counseling and support services tailored to individual students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective intervention strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed
• Facilitate professional development workshops for staff on mental health and wellness
