A K-12 school in Raeford, NC is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for the 2025-26 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to support students’ educational and emotional development across all grade levels within a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with classroom observations
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in North Carolina
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school team environment
