Qualifications:
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators.
- Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Provide consultation services to teachers and staff regarding student needs and interventions.
- Develop and implement appropriate behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student education and mental health.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for staff on psychological best practices.
