This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to serve a K-12 school district in State College, PA, starting as soon as possible. The role focuses on providing district-wide social work services, supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive social work interventions and counseling services to students across all grade levels (K-12).
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized support plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address student challenges and promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district policies.
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work.
  • Valid Pennsylvania license as a Social Worker.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a district-wide caseload effectively.

Hours and Contract Details:

  • Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
