Online School Psychologist - LA

This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological services to K-12 students in a Louisiana school setting. The role requires delivering telehealth assessments and interventions within a school district operating according to the traditional school calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and deliver teletherapy services for students across K-12 grade levels.
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized educational support plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student learning and mental health.
• Adhere to all guidelines and protocols set forth by the Louisiana Department of Education.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Louisiana Department of Education certification as a School Psychologist.
• Full licensure in Louisiana and licensure in the candidate’s state of residence.
• Minimum of three years’ experience working within Louisiana schools.
• Proven proficiency with teletherapy modalities and tools.
• Successful completion of required technology screenings.
• At least one professional reference related to school psychology practice.

Location:

• Position based in New Orleans, Louisiana, serving multiple schools within the district. Specific school assignments and caseload details will be determined.

Hours:

• 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, aligned with the school calendar.

This role requires candidates who fully meet the outlined qualifications and successfully pass the prescreening process before district presentation.
