A school psychologist position is available that focuses on telehealth services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide critical psychological assessments and support for non-public students through virtual methods when needed.
Responsibilities include conducting re-evaluations for a caseload of up to 30 students, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments to meet educational and psychological needs. The work schedule consists of 20 hours per week, aligned with typical school hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility to perform evaluations via telehealth is an essential aspect of this role.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed or certified school psychologist with experience in conducting psychological assessments and re-evaluations
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering services virtually
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining compliance with relevant educational and psychological guidelines
- Experience working with K-12 student populations, particularly in non-public school settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, educators, and other professionals
