Educational Interpreter - Warner Robins, Georgia

A K-12 school in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to support students within a dynamic and supportive deaf education program. This full-time, contracted position offers 37.5 hours per week with an immediate start and continuing through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and effective sign language interpretation services for students in classroom and other educational settings
• Facilitate communication between deaf and hearing students, teachers, and staff
• Collaborate closely with educators and support teams to enhance student learning and inclusion
• Ensure full access to curriculum and school activities for students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Current GA Educational Interpreter Certification is required
• Minimum EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
