Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress and goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation following school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Valid Alabama SLP license required
- Prior experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds
