Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals
- Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, comprehension, and social communication skills
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Maintaining detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment plans
- Participating in ongoing professional development through meetings and training sessions
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active professional licensure appropriate for the state of assignment
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
