A temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide services within a K-12 educational setting located in Albany, Oregon. This leave contract will allow a highly skilled SLP to support students in need of speech and language interventions during the designated period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans catering to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in an educational setting with K-12 students.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills for a diverse student population.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to start promptly on September 10 and commit through November 5.
