Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, fostering effective communication skills.
- Monitor and document students’ progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
- Collaborate with school staff to support the overall educational development of students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
