Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Allentown, Pennsylvania

A K-12 school in Allentown, PA, is seeking an onsite speech-language pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the current school year. This role involves providing direct speech therapy services to a student twice a week, with each session lasting one hour. Additionally, the SLP will participate in monthly meetings conducted via Zoom, each approximately an hour and a half.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in healthcare settings, pediatrics, or school-based speech therapy
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Location:

• Onsite at a K-12 school in Allentown, PA
• Monthly meetings held remotely via Zoom

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual speech therapy sessions twice weekly for one hour per session
• Participate in monthly virtual meetings to discuss student progress and collaborate with the educational team
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
