Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Andover, Minnesota

Both full-time and part-time contract options are open for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload, supporting students from birth through age 22, and your assignment may span one or two buildings. Whether you are an experienced school-based SLP or just launching your career, you’ll thrive in a team-oriented environment devoted to student success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY considered)
• School-based and/or pediatric experience beneficial, but new graduates are also welcome
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Track student progress and maintain thorough records
• Work closely with teachers, families, and specialists to support students’ educational goals
