The contract role begins mid-August with new staff orientation, followed by the formal start of the academic year on August 24, 2026.
Two direct hire positions are available:
- Work with grades 6–12 in a traditional setting, or
- Support a diverse caseload of elementary through high school students enrolled in online programs
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Eligible for state SLP licensure
- Experience or strong interest in teletherapy, schools-based services, or supporting a varied age range
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered educational practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 40–55 students
- Provide direct speech and language therapy, both onsite and virtually if needed
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Participate in new staff orientation and ongoing professional development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
