This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who are eager to make a lasting impact in a school setting. The contract role begins mid-August with new staff orientation, followed by the formal start of the academic year on August 24, 2026.

Two direct hire positions are available:

  • Work with grades 6–12 in a traditional setting, or
  • Support a diverse caseload of elementary through high school students enrolled in online programs

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Eligible for state SLP licensure
  • Experience or strong interest in teletherapy, schools-based services, or supporting a varied age range
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-centered educational practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a manageable caseload of approximately 40–55 students
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy, both onsite and virtually if needed
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
  • Participate in new staff orientation and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
