A contract opportunity is available for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in an elementary school setting serving kindergarten through 5th grade. This role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with a school-year contract running from ASAP through the end of the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students aged K-5, addressing articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and other communication disorders
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 to 45 students, assessing individual needs and developing treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team-based planning
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, families, and school personnel
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed records
- Valid license or credentials to practice in Michigan

- Hours: 35–40 hours per week
