A contract opportunity is available for two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in an elementary school setting serving kindergarten through 5th grade. This role is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with a school-year contract running from ASAP through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students aged K-5, addressing articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and other communication disorders
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 to 45 students, assessing individual needs and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team-based planning

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, families, and school personnel
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed records
  • Valid license or credentials to practice in Michigan

  • Hours: 35–40 hours per week
