Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Anniston, Alabama

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is based in Anniston, Alabama, serving K-12 students across multiple school buildings. The role offers the opportunity to work in a contract capacity throughout the current school year, providing specialized speech therapy within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pull-out speech therapy services in a dedicated speech room environment.
• Manage caseloads primarily focused on elementary students, with some middle school populations.
• Provide speech therapy coverage across 2 elementary schools and 1 middle school.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Alabama licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads across different grade levels effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
