Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or CFY.
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in high-stress situations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Certification or training as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Minnesota.
Location:
- Andover, MN (multiple school sites including Champlin, Coon Rapids, and Blaine).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services as outlined in student IEPs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to address student needs.
- Collaborate with evaluation teams, focusing on service delivery rather than evaluation duties.
- Maintain documentation for due process and billing requirements as needed.
- Travel between school buildings to provide services and support students.
