A school district in the North Bay Area seeks a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025/2026 school year. This opportunity is available as a full-time or part-time contract position serving students across all K-12 grade levels. Key qualifications for this position include:
- Certification in Speech Language Pathology - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Eligibility or completion of Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Valid School SLP credential
- Availability to interview immediately and commitment through the upcoming school year
- Ability to work with students across all grade levels K-12
- Note: Candidates who utilize VOCO (voice output communication aids) are not eligible
This position requires clear communication, a passion for working with children, and the ability to implement evidence-based speech therapy practices in a school setting. The clinician will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy services. Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports is essential.
