A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to provide services within a K-12 school setting serving students ages 3-19. This contract position runs from August 4, 2025, through May 22, 2026, and involves supporting students across multiple locations, including elementary, intermediate, and junior/senior high school buildings, as well as three homebound students in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 students, including four with speech-only needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Provide services in school settings and for homebound students as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification with ASHA CCC
- Experience working with school-aged children across a broad age range (3-19 years)
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Work Schedule:
- 16 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with flexible scheduling during these hours as needed
Location:
- Services provided at elementary/intermediate and junior/senior high school buildings, plus homebound visits in the region
