The positions offer a chance to provide specialized speech therapy services to young students and Pre-K children during the current school year (CSY). There are two openings available, each with a focused weekly schedule supporting student communication development.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current CDE licensure required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy within school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods is a plus
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed
Location:
- Elementary School in Arvada, Colorado
Position Details:
- One position serving elementary students at 15 hours per week across 2 days
- One position focused on Pre-K populations at 11.25 hours per week across 1.5 days
- Contract role for the current school year (CSY)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to optimize therapy outcomes
- Deliver services in person and optionally via teletherapy platforms, accommodating student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
