Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and help them achieve their full potential as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role, based in a welcoming school community near Ashby, MN, provides the chance to support a diverse group of learners from PreK through age 22. The assignment spans from the start of the school year (late August or early September) to the end of May, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Ideal candidates bring their expertise and enthusiasm for fostering communication skills in students. New graduates (CFY) and experienced clinicians (CCC) are both encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Familiarity with school-based services or practicum experience in educational settings is highly valued
  • Passion for working with students ages PreK to 22 across a variety of speech-language needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for teamwork with educators, families, and related service professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a caseload of 40-50 students
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to support students’ academic and functional success
  • Document student progress and engage in meaningful communication with families and staff
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere
