A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for K-12 schools across multiple sites in Auburn, AL. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment supporting diverse student needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseload across multiple school sites.
  • Familiarity with current speech-language therapy techniques and educational regulations.
