This K-12 school-based position offers a rewarding opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with diverse experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and clinical fellowship year (CFY). The contract runs through the current school year (CSY) and is located in a vibrant district in Auburn, NY.
Available Positions:
- 1.0 FTE – Solvay, NY – Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Team
- 1.0 FTE – Tully, NY – Elementary Caseload
- 2.0 FTE – Baldwinsville, NY – Elementary Caseloads
- 1.0 FTE – Itinerant Position – Onondaga County
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating students with speech and language disorders across K-12 grades, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing direct therapy services in-person and via teletherapy, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting communication goals to enhance students’ academic success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in healthcare or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivery methods
- Experience with school-based caseloads and working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing populations is a plus
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State
- Open to part-time candidates to accommodate flexible scheduling options
