Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy to students, addressing various disorders such as speech sound disorders, language delays, and fluency issues.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to create integrated support strategies within the classroom.
- Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to continue meeting student goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in SLP.
- Current state licensure as a SLP.
- ASHA certification and experience in educational or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to tailor therapy to meet diverse student needs.
