School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Arvin, California

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in SLP or Communication Disorders
• Active or pending California SLP license, or eligible
• ASHA certification is a plus, though clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs and assessments

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding therapy services
• Offer direct and indirect services as outlined in IEPs
