Apply NowA public school in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite therapy services to students in a full-time contract position. This role involves delivering high-quality, individualized speech-language services to students on your caseload in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide therapy services aligned with student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress in compliance with school policies
- Utilize technology and digital platforms to complete necessary paperwork and communication efficiently
Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least 1 year
- Active Professional License to practice speech-language pathology
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with IEPs in a school setting
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Proficient with technology including the ability to learn new software and complete digital documentation
