An opportunity exists for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students with a variety of speech and language communication needs. This full-time position involves working across three school buildings, providing essential services to help students achieve their individual goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NY state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience working with children, preferably within school settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws

Location:

• Alden, NY, serving across multiple elementary schools

Responsibilities:

• Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services addressing speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement necessary accommodations and modifications
