A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time, school-based contract position at an elementary school setting in Bear, DE. This role involves supporting a split caseload of traditional and autism spectrum students, providing onsite therapy services during the school year. The position requires a valid and active Delaware SLP license, with preference for candidates possessing prior school-based experience.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Delaware SLP license (active and in good standing)
- Experience working in school environments, especially elementary settings
- Knowledge and skills in providing therapy to students with traditional and autism-related speech and language needs
- Ability to manage split caseloads effectively

Location:
- Bear, Delaware (elementary school setting)
- Onsite work only; no remote options
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy assessment and treatment to elementary students
- Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs in both traditional and autism programs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in meetings as required, including IEP and team conferences
