Preferred candidates will possess:

  • A valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Pennsylvania SLP licensure or eligibility
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Strong time management for balancing documentation and therapy services

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting evaluations and re-evaluations for students’ speech and language needs
  • Developing and updating IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
  • Delivering therapy sessions (individual and group) tailored to students across various grade levels
  • Providing progress reports and maintaining accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Participating in IEP meetings and offering recommendations for classroom strategies
